sat books

does anyone know where I can sell old sat and act books. I jsut bought a new book and don't really need it. do book stores like barnes and noble buy back their books? it's too late to return it and i do not want to use ebay.

edit: I’m an idiot, thought he wanted to buy books…

If you want to sell, best place is to your friends. Other than that, ebay or craigslist.

garage sale? donate it to your local library…even if your book is in good condition, there is almost no chance of you making any money off it.

Edit: oh, its new. I don’t know, but selling it online seems to be your best bet.

alright thanks guys. I know I won’t make profit but I don’t want to throw 20 bucks down the gutter. do you guys know if amazon is a good place to sell prep books?

I also want to know the answer for the question above.

I need to get rid of my Kaplan’s premier program and Barron’s writing workbook and buy other non-crappy books…

sell them on Amazon. Or Half Price bookstore

^But do a lot of people buy used products? They might think used things aren’t very reliable because the word “used” can vary quite a lot.

Yes because you can add a description of the product ,as long as it doesn’t have ripped pages or highlighted pages you should get a sale. Many people buy used products on Amazon including my self. Just make it at a reasonable price, the cheaper the better the deal .

2 Important thing when selling books on Amazon- Description of the book and your selling price.
