<p>Hi everyone, I'm having a little trouble coming up with a conclusion on this matter.</p>
<p>My personal essay (CA Long) is about being myself again and what not; won't go into specifics since I don't see a need to.</p>
<p>For one of my "open prompt" supplemental essays (i.e. Harvard and Yale), would writing an essay about accepting/being happy with what I have be too similar? Would this reflect negatively with the adcoms?</p>
<p>Would redirecting the "moral" of the essay towards "accepting the bad things as they come in life" (sounds very vague, I know, but it's just the broad idea) be better / reflect more positively?</p>
