I called today on a different matter (they are asking for forms that if they read the CSS profile, they would know we do not have). Can’t say the person knew the answer too well, she said what she thought and then told me to call the university that wants the IDOCs, which I did, and got a completely different (and snotty) answer before the financial aid counselor there basically hung up on me.</p>
<p>I got it after using google chrome. Wondering why only a few of the schools DD applied to are asking for this info?</p>
<p>I got it with Firefox on Mac. Downloaded file in some unrecognized format. I just changed file type (ending after .) to PDF, and it became readable and printable.</p>
<p>Most of private schools D has applied to either want tax forms sent directly or via IDOC.</p>
