For all of my other IDOC schools, it shows a due date next to the school. For Cornell, this is blank. I uploaded all the necessary documents. Is this something to worry about? Also, is IDOC submitted automatically, because I see no button to submit.
same - no due date next to Cornell; once you uploaded all the docs, it takes 2-3 days for ‘processed’ status to show up
now it takes longer (more than 5 buz days - it is IDOC’s busiest time of the year); once shows processed, and IDOC will make them available to colleges (all we have to do is to upload - IDOC takes care of the rest)
Q:
Do you inform the college of the date a packet was received for processing?
A.
The data file that we send to you contains the date that the packet was received for processing. This date is contained in field number 5, DATE-PACKET-RECEIVED. This is the day that the pac
ket was received in the mail, not a processing date. -
The date for Cornell is Feb 15, today. You can upload your documents and submit that way. Probably the easiest way. Just make sure you follow the uploading rules re: file size.
Okay, I really have the IDOC system…
Question for anyone - once you upload a document to the site, how do you tell the site what it is (tax return, W2, etc.) @rednecktiger@annwank@calcorn@KunjiBoy
@annwank, my IDOC shows all files as being uploaded, however, under each of the requirements listed, it says incomplete. Is that just because they haven’t been processed?
^yes @123Monkey, for ED I needed to supply my 2013 returns in order to get a Financial Aid award in December. Now I need to give them my 2014 tax info as well. If you are RD, then I believe you only need to supply 2014 data.
Welp I did not see that Cornell had a February 15th deadline. All my other schools had March 1st, and Cornell’s wasn’t listed, so I just assumed it was the same. Pretty foolish on my part I guess. I submitted all the IDOC stuff on the first, does that mean I’m screwed for Cornell FA?
