<p>this is my 3rd year doing this - I don't know why it seems more complicated this year.</p>

<p>Marital status date (on the Verification Worksheet) - the date I got married?</p>

<p>Other tax forms - I appear to lots of other ones than the ones listed. Do I send those, as well as the ones on the list? (I'm pretty sure I haven't in the past)</p>

<p>I send the whole packet that was sent to the IRS for my federal and business forms. But if they don’t ask for some returns (eg, trust returns), I don’t send 'em. I check off the boxes for the forms I send that are on their list. But I leave in everything that went to the IRS. Just my path… our IDOC was accepted with no issues last week, so it worked for us.</p>
