idoc- student non-tax filer statement ?

We have a 1099 B (UTMA), 1099 q (Coverdell) gross distrib and 1099-div ord and qualified dividents. Are these considered income for the sake of the idoc student non-tax filer statement? It's greek to me... And if we need to report as income, what are we reporting on the 1099 B- cap gains?

Thank you!

Ok maybe my question was too complicated. Does a student who is not (doesn’t have to) filing taxes, need to send his/her 1099 ins with IDOC?

If no one knows, I’ll call tomorrow. Was hoping on sending idoc out first thing in the morning.

I was in that situation (dividends in UTMA acct but not enough to require tax return). I wrote the income on the nonfiler form and sent in the 1099 showing the income.

Thanks collegetime18. I called today and the customer service person was nice but really didn’t know anything .
Iwill attach the forms and hope for the best.
