IDOC Studet Forms?

I don’t have Federal Tax Return Form, Form 1099, or W-2 because I don’t have any income. I heard that I need to submit non-tax filer’s form instead. However, I don’t know where I can find that form. Can anyone help me?

Is the Non-Tax Filer’s Statement same for all schools? Or is it different for schools and I have to go to each school’s website?
Also, I see that there is W-2 Subsititue Form, but not for Form 1099. What should I submit for Form 1099?

I am having the same problem for Cornell. I looked it up and it looks like it is different for each school, but Cornell says it needs the IDOC Non-Tax Filer’s Statement, which makes it seem like it’s an IDOC form, but it’s not? I don’t know. Does anyone know if there’s a specific one for Cornell or if there’s a general one?

Wait jk I found it. Here’s the link: https://idoc.collegeboard.org/IDOC/images/thumbnails/2016/Non-Tax%20Filer%20Statement%20-%20Student.pdf

@swaggieee‌ Thank you!!! Do you know what we have to do with Form 1099?

If you received a 1099, you submit it. If you didn’t receive a 1099, you don’t submit one.
