So, my D has been applying to colleges over the past two months and has conveniently forgotten to submit her IELTS score to her universities. We are situated in India and it is an important requirement in her admission process. I would like to know if it is necessary to courier the certificate to each college individually or would it be possible to scan and send the original to the universities by email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the deadlines are fast approaching

I don’t really know how to answer you. Each school may have it’s own policy on it. Are any of the offices open on Monday that you can call them and ask how they prefer to get it?

Neither. Typically you need to request the organizing body (IELTS) to send official scores directly. The scores may unofficially be entered on her application but will need to be confirmed by her counselor/head teacher/head master.
Re: certified copy sent, it doesn’t need to be sent by courrier - email international admissions at the universities she’s applying to and ask whether they’ll accept the scores if a certified copy is sent to them in an unopened envelop or if they’d rather receive it directly from IELTS (provided IELTS can do so).
