<p>The school website says it doesn't start looking at the applications till mid - November, but should I apply right now anyway?</p>
<p>If you have everything together, you could apply now. Even though they don’t read the applications until November, that doesn’t mean you can’t pick up the phone and ask if your file is complete before then! That way on the day they open the files and start reading them you will know for certain that all the bits and pieces are in your file and it is ready to be read.</p>
