If I am taking future SATs but not sure if I will want to use those scores should I enter ‘expected test date” or leave blank?

If I am applying test optional but am taking a future SAT, do I report the expected test date in the testing section or should I leave that blank?

Leave blank but it wouldn’t matter. If you apply TO, if you take schools at their word and apply TO, they won’t use the score. If you’re pleasantly surprised by the score and choose to use the score later, you can update your app then.

Each school has a different policy on updates so check yours b4 applying if there’s a chance you’ll decide to use later.
