High school junior here. I recently received two summer internships offer (one at university and one at NASA). I have great interest in both opportunities, but I don’t know if doing both internships would make me appear unfocused/desperate to cram in internships- to colleges.
Not at all. If you can do both without too much stress, do them.

I think that this comes down to two issues:
Will you have enough time and be able to put in enough effort to do both internships well?
Do you want to do it?
If you answered yes to both questions, then I agree with @hebegebe. Go for it.
However, you might want to verify how much time each internship expects you to put in. To me they both sound potentially interesting.

I would see you as driven. To get any internship in high school is impressive. But getting two… If you want to do them both then go for it.
