If I enlist, would colleges look at my high school record?

I was wondering if I enlisted in the military, served my time, and then applied to college's; would they look at my high school stats?

I was thinking about enlisting and then maybe pursuing some general classes at whatever college is local to where I'm stationed. However, supposedly college's would just look at your college performance if you do that. Thing is, I want to go to a LAC, and if they simply see some general classes at some random state college, they won't see all the work I did in High School. Such as a full AP and Gifted & Talented course load, independent studies, dual credit at community college, and extracurriculars.

I've also considered the ROTC route, however I'm against becoming straight an officer and it seems my oppurtunities are a bit more limited; and it wouldn't be possible for me to attend the colleges I want if I don't get the ROTC scholarship to help.

Of course they would look at it. No college would look only at a few college courses you had taken.

Whats wrong with the ROTC route. (I'm in ROTC)...
