If I fail an AP...what are my chances at an Ivy League?

Hi! If I fail one of my APs, how much will it hurt my chances at the Ivy League? The test is AP Physics 1 if that helps (it’s so hard or maybe I just don’t get physics or both!). I don’t even want to go into a science-related field, so I know that it does not look as bad as someone who wants to go into science failing a science AP. Also, I’m aiming for 5’s on my other tests, including a hopeful 4 for a test that I’m not even in the class for. Would that look good enough to somewhat cover a fail like a 2?

You don’t even have to send in AP scores for most ivies, sometimes you self-report them on the application but you can always choose to leave a blank if you end up failing a test. If you end up sending in your scores to supplement your app, you can use score choice to eliminate it.

Ivy schools dont care that much about APs, in fact some high schools dont even offer AP courses so it wouldnt be fair to have them count for much.
