If I haven't gotten my NetID in the mail yet...

Should I call them? Or have I already received it in another letter? Also, if I took courses at Duke last summer and had a NetID and e-mail account then, will they be the same? Thanks.

Have you sent in your deposit?

NetID
In mid-May you will receive in your matriculant mailing your NetID and password. If you do not receive a NetID by the end of May, contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk at (919)-684-2200. You must send in your matriculation deposit to receive your NetID.

I'm just going by what was said in the Blue Book. Also there was no deposit as far as I know.

Give OIT a call. They can find your netID as well as set you up with a temp. password so you can set a permanent password.

I never sent in a deposit, but I got my NetID. Call them.

There is no matriculation deposit.

@hieronymus : Call the OIT at (919)-684-2200. They're really helpful and they'll set you up.
