does that mean I've been rejected?

Not at all. Only a select few receive likely letters, and not receiving one doesn’t indicate anything about the status of your application.

are you sure? I mean I know I didn’t receive the diversity letter because I’m caucasian and all, but I’m still nervous…

Only a handful of applicants received likely letters. It’s no indication of whether you will get in or not.

It’s really nothing to worry about. I’m one of very many who got in without a likely letter. A majority of applicants don’t hear back until the regular decision date (late March/early April; not sure of the exact date this year).
