POIH…You are posting exactly the SAME information on two different threads within this IB forum. There is no need to do so…one is enough.

^^^: Oldfort post #13 in this thread is from the post #416 in the other thread but you pointed me out.

Is there a reason to single me out?

I post this information because I had the same mind set before DD chose to go to MIT. If she had shown any interest in finance during high school then I would have asked her to join financial engineering at Princeton.

It’s only after attending MIT sloan presentation once during the pre-frosh and then during the parent night that I came to know the strength of their undergraduate buisness program. It was strengthen by the career office presentation about the acceptance of MIT students at the top I-Banks and their offers.

Not many people take MIT seriously when it comes to I-Banking but the truth is that it not only provide a top notch undergraduate program but also provide a very good platform to get into top I-Banks with top salaries.

Just want every new I-Bank aspiring candidate to know and compare before making their choices.

Are you promoting MIT for IB because you want to pave the road for your daughter to get into IB now? Maybe she doesn’t want to be an engineer any more? Why this sudden interest in IB?

Does anyone else think ParentOfIvyHope is ****ing ■■■■■■■■? or is it just me? I find myself getting irrationally angry at how ignorant you are - but then I just laugh it off haha. damn give it a rest

Wait till your daughter switches to Women’s Studies halfway through and breaks your heart lol no beach house in Key West for you!
