If we dont need fin aid which documents do we have to send in?

??International here.i can only find the application for fin aid online nothing else?what should i do?should i send a document from a bank saying that i do have the money needed?or should i also send the financial aid application saying that i do not need aid?thank u

a) if you don't need financial aid then you don't send in financial aid forms
b) what fool doesn't need financial aid?

Denebola: don't be rude. Many families don't qualify for any sort of FA because of assets and income. I think a good 45% of kids at Y don't get FA.

1991, as an international may need to send in bank statements showing ability to pay for four years. US schools require this in order to process the Visa.

...Just because people don't qualify for financial aid doesn't mean they have $250,000 lying around to send their kids to college.

I apologize that my tone came off as rude; in real life I was being jocular, not offensive, but I suppose inflections are dangerous to tamper with on the internet as they can't nearly be conveyed to their full extent...or at all regarding this particular instance. I had intended for the word "fool" to be received as banter, not as an insult (i.e. Wuddup fool?). It wasn't implicitly meant to suggest that 1991 was actually a foolish person.

Anyways, my interpretation of this was not that 1991 didn't qualify for aid, but rather that he or she "[does] not need aid" as 1991 has stated his or herself. Yale has an extremely generous financial aid program, some might say it's one of the best ones out there relative to the education provided at the university. Even families with incomes as high as $200,000 year still qualify for a 33% reduction in a tuition rate that's edging on $50,000, ergo I once again will state that I find it amazing to know that in this current economic crisis that is evident globally, there are still people out there who it does not affect.
Once again, more specifically to 1991, I apologize if I offended you and would rescind my comment if deletions were possible on CC, but regrettably they are not. Good luck with your college experience!

There's a International Student Finance Certification form you'll have to fill in. The form can be found on collegeboard.com.
I know Wesleyan requests this form to be submitted along with the application, but I think other schools don't notify you to send it in until later in the admission process/after admission.
