If you could be so kind to let me know my chances?

I know they are not great but what are my chances (high SAT, really low GPA)?

Out-of-state Catholic private high school (most recent applicants from my school to be admitted to UMD averaged about 3.30 Weighted by my school and a 1070, not particularly high, so i think my school is worth noting for its rigor, however those scores were from a couple of years back when UMDCP was less competitive)
3.39 Weighted (upward trend in my grades, had a really bad freshman year)
3.05 UnW
SAT Reading: 720
SAT Math: 650
SAT Writing: 800
SAT-II US History: 750
SAT-II Math 2: Pending
SAT-II Spanish: Pending
2 Honors Classes Freshman Year
3 Honors Classes Sophomore Year
2 AP Classes Junior Year
3 AP Classses Senior Year
EC: Cross Country and Track for 4 years practicing twice a day, President of the Social Justice club and Senior Member of the Community Service Leadership Team. California Scholarship Federation for 5 semesters
I am a National Hispanic Merit Scholar - Honorable Mention, and an AP Scholar with Distinction. (Average score of 3.5 with a 3 or higher on 5 or more APs)

FYI: My school does not rank

As you know, your SATs are great, but your GPA is really bad. Being Hispanic, might help you. Thus, I really can't say. At the least, Maryland won't be your safety!

Its a roll of dice. Your gpa is low, their weighted is about a 3.9-4.0 which is about 3.5 unweighted for most ppl. Your SAT's are about in the 75% which helps you out. Decent courseload and solid ec's but your OOS which is a biggie since 70% of the class comes from maryland. Id give you 40-50% at this point but there is a great chance youll be accepted for spring admission
