If you guys have a minute, please chance me for Duke Trinity (Regular Decision)!

Hey all! I know this is just another chance thread, but I would really appreciate it if you guys could gauge me.

My "profile":

Asian male

Major: Computer Science at Trinity (Regular Decision)

3.87 weighted GPA (I don't know my unweighted GPA; I don't think our school tells us)
School does not rank

I come from a pretty competitive public high school in New Jersey that sends around 10-20 people to Ivies and top tier colleges each year

SAT I: 2340 single sitting (760 CR, 780 Math, 800 Writing, 11 essay); super scored would be the same except the 11 would be a 12 essay
SAT II: Biology 730, Waiting on Math II (should be 750+)

I have taken all honors classes since freshman year

AP classes taken:
(Junior year)
AP English I (3, not sending), AP Biology (5), AP US History (4)

(Senior year)
AP English II, AP Physics C, AP Macroeconomics, AP Calculus AB
Our school does not let us take AP classes until junior year

Mu Alpha Theta (11th, 12th)
Model Congress (9th, 10th) Outstanding Large Delegation Award for both years at Rutgers Model Congress
Model United Nations (11th) Outstanding Large Delegation Award at Rutgers Model United Nations, Resolution of Commendation at Philadelphia Model United Nations
Cross Country JV (11th) 2010 Red Division Champions for our county
I had a job at a laser company reviewing and editing company records and documents to make sure everything was in order, no information was missing, etc. for audits for the summer of ’11
64 hours of volunteer service at a local Chinese school helping teachers and students

AP Scholar Award
Honor Roll since freshman year
Commended for the PSAT by National Merit Scholarship Corporation

Recommendations: From a physics and pre-calculus teacher; I think they will be good.
Essays: I think my Common App essay and short answer were written pretty well, but that's completely subjective.
Duke's supplemental essay: I think it's pretty good. Wrote a lot about my interest in computer science and why I really like Duke's Department of Computer Science and how I'll utilize it.
Hooks: None

Thank you very much for reading and good luck to all who are applying!

Also, a question in general if you don't mind: When applying to a school, do the admission committees compare applicants by major? If not, how do they make sure they have an even distribution of people with each major?

Your SAT score is pretty good, but your GPA and SAT IIs seem slightly low? However, they might be overlooked if you went to a really competitive high school. As a junior/senior did you ever take APCS, or study anything computer science-related, or take any programming competitions? If so, that would demonstrate your interest in computer science, since that’s what you’re planning on majoring in.

Pretty good chance-the only thing I would worry about is the SAT II scores…

You have the numbers but so do hundreds of other denied and waitlisted applicants. It is a fallacy to give odds to anyone at Duke based on test scores. Make sure to apply to a few colleges that have much better odds of admission no matter who you are. Duke’s numbers of applicants segues to thousands of rejected fully qualified candidates. Essays and references matter a lot, so express yourself and make it easy for them to get to know you. With your talent, you can make good use of Duke but you will succeed in any college, so stay open-hearted.

Thanks for the chances guys, I really appreciate it. I know Duke is a super reach for me lol but I still wanted to see my chances. Any other opinions would be very appreciated.
