If you haven't gotten in, here's a new idea...

bump (need this theory to be proven wrong too..)

guess all we can do is wait :/. or call and harass:)

arXael: spring admits are for the school to decide. there isn't a special form or anything.

whats the chance of spring admit.. i wish i can at least get in in spring..like go to irvine for a term then transfer...

UC Irvine? If you WERE admitted for spring, it would be smartest to just take classes at a community college for a semester and then go to USC spring semester.

everytime someone confirms the this theory works its just another dagger before the actual rejection...gahhhhh

well it will help alleviate some pain b/c it wont come as a shock. sorry :(

YOU COULD GET SPRING AND THEREFORE NOT ABLE TO GO TO THIS SPRING RECEPTION SINCE YOU'RE RECEPTION COULD BE LATER! SO THERE. NOT FULLY REJECTED. :)

so theres absolutely no acceptances postmarked 4/1?

you kids are geniuses to figure this out. son can't log in either... he hasn't received his letter yet. a spring admit would be nice, but somehow i doubt it will happen. his stats are not as good as everyone elses on here, but had talent, tons of EC, good recommendations and fantastic resume.

i know in previous correspondence, the id # was called the "applicant" id#. perhaps you get a different id# when admitted and this is the "student" id#?? in other words, are the 2 #s the same? (crossing fingers they're diff. numbers - it's the only hope unless someone accepted can't log in)

ppl who discovered this are ingenius indeed. spring admits can get postmarked april 1st. There are a couple hundred or more that get spring. Good luck!

if i got admitted to spring then i would be there in a heartbeat for sure

same here..

and 2+2=5: so basically spring admit is for like bubble student?

praying for it

oh my god. someone please prove this thing wrong. oh my god...

How do you know your USC ID?

don't take the Lord's name in vain :) don't worry, everything will work out.

ginnynicksmom, if you're asking: if the applicant id# is the one on the barcode labels you attach to your application, then the numbers are the same for me.

perhaps even accepted students couldn't login until after they were accepted. I don't think any of us tried it before we got the actual acceptance package.

I suggest none of you take this seriously. wait for the true and final decision from USC.

o intellilot....u make mee look on the bright side of things

How do you know your USC id if you applied online?

word. you really are trying to get me to look on the bright side of things, right?

IGNORANCE IS EFFIN BLISS!

it's better to know im rejected now than through some thin @$$ mail letter...

i'll go kill myself now. bye.
