<p>"If you used ACT's Send Your Scores online service to request your scores be reported to a college or university between 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 27 and 8:00 a.m., Monday, October 30, it is possible the request was not received even though you received an email confirmation notification. We experienced some technical problems at various times throughout that weekend. The majority of requests were not affected.</p>
<p>If you submitted a request during the time listed above, please contact ACT Records, toll free at 866-763-7228 to verify that your request was received and your scores were sent. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central time, Monday through Friday."</p>
