<p>Yeah, that worries me too,but I got an email from Columbia two days ago reminding me about financial aid applications.May be it depends on which college we applied to ?</p>

<p>We find out by May 15th. That probably means on May 15th because in the past, when schools said by x date, it was usually on that date.</p>

<p>yes i received the email about the fin aid info too. Someone already gotin. It the school of General studies i think(maybe the college) am so not sure which one it is. he has impressive stats by the way. I faxed the fin aid documents to them. you might want to do that too.</p>

<p>Yeah sweetpotato, you’re confused. A bunch of people on this website just got into GS, which is completely different from CC/SEAS.</p>

<p>oh man a lot of reasons. lack of diversity, social life centered around greek life, lack of connection to the outside community (sheltered, the “vandy bubble”), and also a lack of people i can relate to (i do have a couple GREAT friends tho don’t get me wrong) since i’m gay. </p>

<p>I have just checked the important dates for colleges (Collegeboard). According to it, Columbia’s deadline to notify transfer students is May 15th.</p>

<p>Soph… I only applied to the 3 Ivies. Penn is my dream school, but I’d be overjoyed to be at any one of the 3.</p>

<p>I think most of us would. This school is up there with Yale, you just DON’T know what the hell they want. Clearly grades aren’t enough.</p>

<p>even if i had a 4.5/4 gpa at a college that doesn’t do honors credits and i had just found the cure to cancer, i’d still be worried about getting into columbia.</p>

<p>Well at the bare minimum, I would say a convincing reason to transfer into Columbia is a must. </p>
