Is anyone in the CIE IGCSE program (International)? or IBDP?
If so, how are you doing? Hows your preparation? How long have you been studying?
Are you planning on taking any AP’s along with it?
I took IGCSE in 9th and 10th, and I’m done with. Prep was good, I got 6 A*s and 2 As, and no I did not take any AP’s along with that.
I took IGCSE in 9th and 10th as well. Prep was mediocre, only studied for a few weeks before the exams, and got 3 A*s, 4 As and 1 B.
Right now, I’m in the CIE International AS/A level program.
FYI, IGCSE and IBDP are not the same level. IBDP is taken after the 10th grade, IGCSE is taken at 10th grade.
I’m taking GCSEs Alevel, finished Olevels in 2013, applying to colleges in the US
I took IBDP after my CBSE Grade 10. I’m in my 2nd year now (Grade 12). Despite the workload and the sleep deprivation, I don’t regret taking IB.
I didn’t take APs (I’ve got enough on my plate :P) but I have some friends who took it in late 10th grade - early 11th grade. Prep is going pretty well.
If I may ask, is this thread just for curiosity’s sake?
