Ignoring admissions offer

I know this is REALLY late to talk about Fall 2015 admissions, but I would like to ask something about the admissions offer

I’m an international student, and was accepted in University of Texas Austin for Fall 2015 semester, but decided to attend a different university. I declined other schools I was accepted in, but in UT, the page to decline literally said:
“International students may not decline applications through this page”

Note said that if I don’t reply before the deadline, my app will get cancelled, so I left the app, and ignored it, especially since I got an email from UT that its record indicated that I didn’t pay my enrollment deposit before the deadline. But what worries me now is that they keep sending emails about things Freshman should do after acceptance (e.g. registering for orientation)
until now in August.

Should I call the office or something? (UT’s undergrad admissions doesn’t have an email to ask questions)
This may be a minor problem, but it still worries me.

Yes, call them.
