<p>Previously, we've known that many schools game the post-graduation employment numbers. Now we learn that Illinois law has reported false data about GPA and LSAT scores to gain a higher US News ranking.</p>

<p>These schools will try anything to move ahead one or two notches in the rankings. I don't mean to sound too naive, but how can we be producing lawyers who practice with integrity if this is the way their schools are behaving? Or is this just one more example of how the US News ranking system is twisting the world of law schools?</p>
