I'm applying- major

<p>I'm about to submit my app, but I have a quick question.</p>

<p>For Berkeley, you can not choose an alternative major. I'm not sure if I want to do mechanical, environmental, or nuclear engineering. For now I'm thinking mechanical, but If I want to change to nuclear engineering when i get there, will there be a problem? Do I have a better chance of getting accepted if I pick one or the other?</p>

<p>It is a bit hard to transfer within engineering majors. But, applying as engineering - undeclared is also more selective. I personally would suggest you to make up your mind and choose one.</p>
