I plan on doing either finance or accounting. Aside from doing exceptionally well in my classes and gaining experience from internships, what should I do to better myself?

It's worth noting that I relocated to two different schools prior to being enrolled at my current school.
My grades were mediocre at best (3.0), 3 W's, and I did NOTHING outstanding.

I started college freshly out of high school. I'm now 21 and it'll take me approximately another 3 years TOPS to finish my degree. .

I can't take back the years I've wasted so what's your advice on how I could wisely spend my remaining undergrad years at my NEW school? My GPA resets to 0 if that matters. And what are my chances at a top tier 1 grad school if I choose to pursue my MBA?

Honesty, criticism, advices always welcomed.

Thank you in advance.
