I'm freaking out about this possible EC screw-up

So during my senior year I joined Youth Advisory and started an NHS chapter/club at my school. For the approximate time spent, I was wondering if i should put in hours up to the point of the application or if i was just going to estimate how much time i would spend on each activity throughout the school year. My dad told me "just put in what u think u will spend on it during the year" So thats exactly what I did.

I already sent my application to Cornell.

I did some research and was nervous when I read all of the consequences that would happen if admissions caught you lying on the application. Im really, REALLY scared now. I put avg. hrs per week as 3 and weeks per year as 20. There obviously havent been 20 weeks yet so Im worried about them thinking I was just some dumbass liar. If I really have ****ed up, is there anything I can do?

Relax! Your Dad was correct. Applicants have to estimate the hours they will put into a school activity for senior year. So long as you didn’t exaggerate, you are fine!

you are fine. dont worry. it wud only be “lying” if you put a number that definately will not work. dont worry too much.
