I'm so confused

I am a sophomore in high school and at the end of this school year I'll have 17 credits. Next school year I'll need nothing but 4 more credits, but I'll be a junior an i don't know if i should graduate early or just stick it out until my 12th grade year. please help me i'm so confused at this point.

This isn’t much information to go on. What are your alternatives? What are the pros and cons of staying on for another year? And how’s your GPA? Do you need the extra year to bring your grades up or can you leave at the end of jr. year with a GPA that takes you where you want to go? And have you talked to your parents about any of this?

I attended a rigorous HS and finished my state mandated minimums early my Junior year. Could I graduate? Sure. But my HS had tons of interesting classes and I took em all.

Like MMom said: what are your goals? College? Work? Just move out?

I actually finished my requirements at the end of sophomore year. But I had no reason to graduate early, nor did I want to.

Just take a ton of APs senior year and/or dual enroll at your CC. There’s no reason to graduate early unless you have something you’re trying to get done…

Have you considered graduating early, (and assuming you don’t enter college immediately after) trying some things that you wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to do?
For example, some colleges have “open” abroad programs where you can go study abroad without actually being a college student.

Another example, a friend of mine worked as a nanny in Italy for a few months, and another friend did something in Nigeria (I don’t know what she did exactly, I kind of zoned out. Something about helping someone or something.)

Or maybe us the time to start on some personal projects, get a high school level internship, etc.
