I'm starting college in the spring will it take longer for me to graduate?

So the plan was for me to start college next week but my fafsa didnt go through so now I have to wait till the spring semester. Will I still be able to graduate with my class? Like if I do the summer semester will I be caught up by next fall with everyone else?

You can easily figure out how many classes you will miss You might need two summers to catch up. Or you can consider going to a local college for this semester (although if you apply as a transfer it may be harder to get aid).

What is your definition of “on time”?

Unless you attend a college where there is a strict prerequisite sequence for your major that only starts in the fall, then it would not necessarily be any more difficult to graduate in 8 semesters (with your last semester being a fall semester). If you would rather graduate after a spring semester, then you would need to take 7 or 9 semesters, or 8 semesters with a semester off school (co-op job or something) somewhere.
