he's authentic. he loves his wife and his daughters. he loves his vacation time. and he's so genuine. just like you and i.

i mean, this is like the first time we have an authentic man as a president. and he's doing an awesome job. it's entirely possible that iraq will be democratic 10 years from now. And he's doing an awesome job of wiping out the terrorist networks. He has a degree from Yale. He's smart enough to do the job.

I mean, gosh, he has his visions. Authentic visions. I'm excited to realize his legacy 10 years from now.

I'm so glad that he has the chance to represent the US. I'm proud of him. I feel so safe. bush is awesome. :D

A likely troll. One would have to know this is a hostile environment to such an opinion

Why is this a hostile environment? I mean, how can't you people love him? :D i've been here for a year - I'm no troll.

he's a true servant of God. he's funny. he's an inspiration to so many alcoholics and partiers everywhere. he got a girl pregnant. that's so cute.

And let us not forget that the girl he got pregnant, he took extremely great care of her too. He actually drove her himself to the aborption clinique. What a sweetheart.

Aww, indeed. How many alcoholics have gotten girls pregnant? without condoms?

maybe this universe things have gone wrong. but in a parallel universe, Bush has turned this nation into a nation of greatness

moreover correlation does not imply causation. bush may be fine. things just have gone wrong, and those things were out of his control. Maybe he was right in most possible universes - he just ran into bad luck in this one.

Of course this is a hostile environment; the forum only gives the OP credit for two posts even though he/she has four in this thread. Apparently, republican views are only worth half as much :).

I have to admit.....he appears better now than before......I have to admire the fact that he will stick by his decision even if everyone else tells him he's wrong.....

Okay, I agree with all of you and Putin that Bush does appear to have a nice and mellow personality. But when someone is leading our nation, I can care less about how nice the guy would be if I invited him for dinner; all that matters is whether or not he can lead, and Bush has failed in this department, thus has lost all of my respect because running for presidency itself is a very important decision, and you should only decide to run if you are confident that you're competant, not because your daddy wants the family's legacy to continue. And when you visit other nations, and people in just about any nation in the world are like "You're president is a very bad president," I'm not going to be like, "Yeah, but he has a great personality."

And also, about the thing some of you are saying about him always sticking to his own beliefs and never changing them no matter what the circumstances are, this is called ignorance and stubborness. When you are the president, you have to constantly be analyzing the playing conditions, and you have to constantly be making some adjustments or something of another to satisfy the demands caused by the changes in conditions. And also, it doesn't matter if everyone says to Bush that he's wrong, he should be able to see it for himself...he's been visibly wrong over and over and over and over and over and over again. Even if he thinks his popularity rating is an illusion, he does has eyes to see his mess for himself, does he not?

Even Andrew Jackson, a president historians claim to be the most stubborn president in history, was more competant than Bush. For instance, even though he stubbornly threatened South Carolina during the nullification crisis, he still urged congress to reform their tariff. And the only times I remember he truly demonstrated his Bushesqe mind was when he killed THE bank, which he stubbornly did for primarily private reasons, and the country went into a depression.

I think I'm going to steal that line. It'll gain me a lot of fans who hang on my every word.

Wait, are some of the posts here actually serious? Is that why you responded?
