I'm tired of being bad at math and I am desperate to get good at it

I really am sick and fed up with being so bad at math and I want to improve and get to know it really well. I am a geoscience major and I need lots of math and I will actually use it once I get out in the field. So far I have taken up to calc I successfully, now I am struggling with calc II, I have to take calc III and physics II. I am to the point where I am tired of struggling and being frustrated at math, and I refuse to give up on it. I actually enjoy math when I understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. For example, I took trig 4 times, but now I can honestly say I know it by the back of my hand and I can confidently help people in trig. However, I have trouble with these upper level maths like calc II and calc III because it required hairy algebra, physics also requires these skills and I am just not strong enough.
like for example some classmates say that they just need to pass their calcs and they will never have to deal with it EVER AGAIN

Improve your algebra. I have never had difficulty with Calculus because my algebra is solid.
