I'm too hyper

You're the creator! Take this thread where you want it to! You can seize back the power! :D

you're not a girl??? i got the wrong idea when you described yourself as serene

Purrli, you thought all this time that I was a girl!!!???

not until you said "serene"... that's a bit .. biased word don't you think :D
(reminds me of a pretty girl meditating on a lotus, for some reason)

Maybe I should have used the word “calm” instead. Serene has a feminine connotation.

OOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Goldfish...you're a guy?

hmmm...this hyperness is destroying brain cells

I wonder if football are as big a deal in college. Do fans also go to away games even if they're kind of far away?

I guess its dependent on the college

It’s always the lousy or mediocre schools that have really good football teams.

はい

Ha...I wish i had hirakana and kanji to confuse people with. I have to type in plain old ramanji.

Ha…where in Japan do you live?

In Osaka. But I'm only half, so I can only understand it when spoken (or in this case written). I'm learning how to speak though! :)

Are you Japanese? Wait! You don't live in Japan do you !?!?!?!

No, I’m Chinese, but I live in the US. I can speak Chinese pretty well but I’m terrible at writing it (probably would fail the SAT II Chinese). My dad knows both Chinese and Japanese (he went to Japan for one year on an engineering project) so he’s teaching how to speak it. :)

I also plan to take Japanese in college. My dad also knows a bit Japanese from college, but I think he's forgotten them all by now. Do you guys love jpop and anime too? ^_^. I was watching Final Fantasy Advent Children the other night and was surprised that I could understand alot of the phrases.

you can't fail SAT II Chinese - it's rediculously easy.

i'm hyper right now i guess. i'm so full :x

Haha...I am the farthest thing away from liking JPop and anime...just not my thing...sorry. :)

Isn't there a Japanese SATII? does anyone know anything about that?

I think there is; maybe it's new.

The Japanese SAT II has been around, and yes it exists; I am not aware if there are any prep books to the test.
I believe this test is with listening, so therefore it would have reading and listening components.
It is usually offered once a year, on the second or third Saturday in November. It supposedly tests to around a second to third-year HS student of Japanese.
That said, there will be an AP Japanese (language) test starting May 2007.

Haha...I'm not taking it anyways..

I will have graduated by then...w00t! :D But my school wouldn't offer japanese classes anyways :p
