I'm worried about my AP scores, can I get your guy's opinion please?!

So, I am going to be a junior next year and am really worried because I didn’t perform as well as I had wanted on my AP tests. Here are my scores:

Classes I took
Psychology-5
US Government & Politics-5
Macroeconomics-4(I’m really upset about this one)

Self-study
Comparative Government & Politics-3(Don’t care, I got interested in this topic and took the test)

So, I’m rank 2/400 so this is a little embarassing for me that I got a 4, I want to go into science/engineering, so next year I will be taking AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Calc BC, and AP Computer Science. I expect to do all fives on those, but are those scores combined good enough you think for ivy-league and equivalent schools???
Should I take more science focused exams???

I’m sorry, Ivy Leagues don’t accept people who get 4’s on AP exams.

^thats not true lol.

^^^ He/she is kidding you. From what I’ve heard, colleges don’t care too much about AP scores, the classes are the more important thing. And a 4 is a fine score. If the school accepts AP credit for the class, there’s a pretty decent chance that they would accept a 4. Don’t stress.

Ok, thats good, I got a 95 in the class so I should be fine on that front. I don’t plan on doing economics anyway.

AP scores are not really a factor in the admissions process, it’s only really to see if you can get a credit for a class and not have to take it. You’re absolutely fine!

Paranoia.
Paranoia everywhere.

Use the “search forum” tool. There are NUMEROUS threads on this topic, no need to start another.

^That.

Unless you’ve somehow been blessed with the gift of precognition, I don’t know how you can say that with certainty.

For the vast majority of colleges, AP scores carry little to no weight in the admissions process; they are used mainly for credit and/or placement.

I really hate when people complain about getting 4s. They are great scores and other people would kill to have scored a 4. 4s grant credit at the majority of universities.

You don’t have to submit AP scores unless you choose to input them into the CA. So they don’t affect the application process unless you give them the power. Plus, there’s no way to predict how much weight they’ll give you until you’re at a specific college/uni applying for credit. It’s more about taking an AP class than receiving the best AP score.
