Importance of AP scores

<p>So i got my AP scores back today, and i failed English Lang. I had As in the class and i thought i did ok, but apparently not. Do some colleges REQUIRE you to send the scores if you took the class? Does it play a part in admissions? I hope they don't think it's grade inflation because 96% passed this test last year which makes me kind of sad, lol.</p>

<p>how did you "fail", considering the ap is not a pass/fail system? (and how did 96% "pass"?)</p>

<p>yes there is a pass and fail. 3+ is pass</p>
