How important are senior grades to the admission process? Because currently I am taking 4 APs and the classes are so much more difficult compared to last year's classes. I am an A/A- student (no Bs in high school), but now in honors spanish I'm like doing not as well because our spanish class was a joke last year, as we didn't do anything and it was super relaxed... How badly will getting a B/B+ in spanish hurt my chances? I may probably get another B/B+ in history, but hopefully not)

dude i'm the same way, i'm getting B+s and As right now, usually an A-,A, A+ student. i'm pretty sure colleges arent gonna care if you get Bs especially since theyre in AP classes. Cs maybe.

SAME situation except with english instead of spanish- you have to figure that it cant count that much, but obviously try to keep them as high as possible. they mainly look at how you've done on ur transcript from freshman-junior year, which shows consistency, and if they see ONE or TWO B+'s on ur 1st quarter report card or something than i'm sure it would be overlooked

Try your best to get an A. If you end up with a B, it's okay I guess... as long as you don't get a million of them.

I had to try really hard the past few weeks to pull up my borderline A grades. Not fun, but if you put in the effort, you might be okay :)

^Unfortunately, Spanish (especially AP) isn't one of those things you can just study and get an A....
