importance of taking APclasses in college application

it must be better to have a lot of ap classes on one's transcript when applying to colleges especially if those are highly selective. But what if one's situation does not allow the person to take many ap classes?

In my case, I was taking the highest classes possible except for English.
Advanced Chemistry, Advanced pre cal, advanced spanish 2 Ap us history, regular English and Orchestra.
During my senior year, I am going to take 4 ap classes (ap physics , ap chem, ap math b/c, ap government)

Do colleges look down upon my course choices even though ,except for history and english, those are the classes of the highest level offered at my school?
(I got either A or A+ in all of the courses)

by the way for most of the courses my school offers three levels
For example, there are principal chem, honors, and advanced chem.
the same applies to math
and getting full marks on all of my SAT SUBJECT TEST can help prove the rigors of the classes? becuase i took those in math, phyics and us history and got full marks on all

Trained admissions officers for selective colleges should be able to tell if you’ve taken the most rigorous schedule available at your school. Your GC write up will indicate as such.

They fully know that not all schools have the same offerings. Congrats on your achievements to date.
