Importance of Writing section of SAT I?

<p>Out of the following colleges, how many actually really take into account the writing section? It seems to me as though most of the colleges I have looked at really don't care about it and put a much heavier weight on the tradition math and verbal.</p>

<p>Hmmm those are pretty much the best schools in the country (im assuming Chicago is UofC). those schools consider the SAT, all sections, with high importance.</p>
