IMPORTANT: International Student Certification Of Finance

<p>Hi guys,</p>

<p>I'm a non-financial aid international Penn ED candidate, and I'm wondering whether I should have submitted the International Student Certification of Finance Form along with my application, before the deadline. There is a link to this form on the Penn website, but it is not clarified whether international applicants are required to submit it along with their application. Should I have done so? Please help me! I'm freaking out-my application may be incomplete!</p>

<p>I don’t think we (I’m one of the non-FA international applicants too!) had to turn in anything like it. Well I didn’t. if you’re screwed then I am too, so don’t worry about it too much.</p>
