<p>no merit based aid....ivies don't really give out any merit aid</p>
<p>and not much (little/none) for internationals, either...</p>
<p>There is a limited financial aid budget for international students. Financial aid is not merit based. Financial need has an impact in admissions decisions for international students (except students from Canada and Mexico, who have need-blind admissions and no limited budget).</p>
