<p> Not a lot, considering the fact that University of Pennsylvania just cut down its financial aid for international students. You would be at disadvantage in admission process if you choose to apply for financial aid as an international student. </p>
<p>I don't think you would be at a disadvantage in the "need blind" admissions process, but you would be less likely to actually get money from financial aid.</p>

<p>Admission for international students isn't need-blind, unless you're from Canada or Mexico. So...you would be at a disadvantage.</p>
