<p>Does Penn request the final report from the school or do we print out the forms from CommonApp website and give it to the GC. Lol it might seem stupid but its been nagging me.</p>

<p>My counselor asks for the form and then fills it out for me and mails it out with my final grades at the end of the year, but thats my school yours may be different. Perhaps you should ask your counselor lol?</p>
<p>yes but i havent been in school for a couple of days and I wont see my counselor in a couple more days as well. I am just asking around to see what other people did because i do not want to end up in trouble even b4 the school year starts haha</p>
