I took the June SAT test and I got :math-720;CR-570.How to improve my CR score?By reading books or taking different tests...And how to memorize all these words?(I'm an international student)...any ideas?

what do you have more problems on? the sentence completion or the passages?
what's the approximate percentage of the words you don't know for the sentence completion part?
and how many words do you not know from each passages?

How much time do you have? Buckle down and learn the words and take the practice tests.

I have problem with both of them.In a passage of 600-700 words I don't know at least 30-40 of them and if the text is more difficult their number rises.Often I do not get the main idea...then I get stuck with the questions asked.About the sentence completion-I don't know 30%-40% of the answer choices.

do you read english books in Bulgaria?
try start with the easy novels.
because the normal word list isn't going to help you much for the basic words
i think for now, write every you don't know down and if you see the same word twice, definitely memorize them. you can also try the 400 -1000(DON"T USE THE 3500 ones, you REALLY don't need those, i am an immigrant , so i would know) word wordlists

you really don't need to know every word on the sentence completion to do well, but not knoiw 30-40% will hurt you, try to decrease that to 10-20% once you get it there you can use the context clues(words like and, but, however, something they even give you the definition of the work IN the sentence) to solve the rest. when you are good at context clues you'll only get like max 1-2 wrong on the Sentence completion for the whole test

you should spend more time on the passages. again read some English books to gain both speed and comprehension and a bit of vocab. after that you just do practice. you should find the RIGHT answer in the passage and the right answer never adds info to the passage. keep that in mind. it helped me a lot

I was in a very similar situation when I took the Reasoning SAT and I got a similar score. Since then I've been really serious about improving my Critical Reading score and I remember memorizing at least 1500 words, on an angry whim, for approximately 2 weeks after I took the test. I've noticed that it has boosted my score. I rarely miss any on the Sentence Completions and with some good practice, the passages will be easy as well, I guess.

Yes,I read English books-The New York Times bestsellers,classics...Should I first read some more books or take tests and try to learnt the vocabulary in the passages?By the way I'm taking the test in October so I don't have so much time...

i think do them at the same time, but if you can, save some test for when you get closer to the test day.
books really helped me with the flow of English and the usage of the vocabs, that should help with CR
i got 57 for my PSAT in sophomore year then i got 640 for junior year and right now i am getting around 700s i am aiming for a 750+ in Oct
i'd say STUDY your mistakes after you take the tests, that helped me LOT a couple tips for passage : never interpret ANYTHING, if it didn't say it the passage, it's probably wrong, and if you really had to make a small story to make the answer work, its wrong and some of the answers sound they could be right, but are irrelevant those are wrong too
read the italics!! this helps with those author's tone or point of view stuff
and when they give you line #, read from 3-4 lines before to 3-4s after the line they give you. the answer is generally there.

use process of elimination for both!! master your process of elimination skills! and just cross out everything thats wrong to save time when you are reviewing your answers. After you cross out a couple thats wrong you'll find the right answer even if it didn't jump right out at you in the beginning
