<p>Alright so after taking some practice tests I am scoring in about 600-650 range for writing/math but I am only getting a 450-480 on my reading score. I would like to improve this to a 600-650 range. I am getting about 15/19 of the sentence completions right which I feel is pretty good. I am also getting about 75% of the short passages correct which is also good. I am only getting 30-50% of the longer passage questions right though. I am having a hard time focusing on most of the passages except for the personal narratives which I find easy but rarely show up. My main problem is not understanding a lot of vocabulary in these long passages which makes it very difficult to understand under timed pressure. What would be the best approach to improving in these sections in the next month before the June SAT?</p>
<p>My goal for reading is to improve to about a 600 while my math/english goals are to improve to a 750 each. Are these reasonable goals for an average honors/ap student?</p>
