Improving SAT math score...

I took my PSAT in the 10th grade and scored really low on the math section. I'm not a strong math student to begin with and this was before I had Geometry... I'm taking Alg 2 now and will take the new SAT in March, so I'm hoping with more math classes since the PSAT, my score will be higher, but what are some books, techinques, or practices that I could to do possibly raise my math score??

Thanks.

do you get most questions wrong because you make stupid little mistakes or because you simply do not understand the question or the concept?

I would suggest taking lots of practice tests and problems. At least for me, I benefit more from the tests and repitition than anything else because I know the concepts. So, my answer depends on the answer to jrcho88's question. If it's due to mistakes, do LOTS of practice. If it's due to lack of concepts, I'm sorry but I don't have a solution besides just reviewing what you don't know.
