Improving SAT score by 110+ points in 2 weeks

I got a 2190 on my first SAT (800CR 660M 730W 9essay), and really want to get my score up to 2300 (at the very least 2250) so that I have a chance at any of the top schools. I mainly want to raise my math score above 700, but would prefer to get math and writing above 750. I am taking the SAT a second time in June.

Currently I have the blue book, PWN the SAT for math, and The Ultimate Guide to SAT Grammar by Erica Meltzer for writing.

How could I most effectively study in the next two weeks in order to get as high a score as possible?

For writing check this guide out: http://www.thecriticalreader.com/complete-sat-grammar-rules/ It’s very thorough and helped me increase my writing score by 100 points.

For math, I use Dr. Steve’s the 32 most effective SAT math strategies book. It’s also very thorough and goes over the major strategies needed to do well on the math section. If you do about 5 strategies a day (and really learn them, not just sit down and do them) you should be ready.
