I moved after the first semester of junior year from Arizona to California. I am going to finish high school in California and was wondering where would i be considered in-state? I know it depends on taxes and voting registration of my parents, but we own a house both in Arizona and California. Would i be considered in-state for both?

does anyone have any idea? im going to be applying next semester and was just wondering

It depends on when you move, as well as a variety of other factors. Based on your description of when you moved, it sounds like you’re eligible for in state residency.

Sounds like you’ll be instate for Calif. I don’t think owning a home in Az maintains residency. That would be considered a vacation home or rental, not a residency.

You would not be a resident of AZ. [UA Procedures for Establishing Residency Status | University of Arizona Office of the Registrar](http://registrar.arizona.edu/residency/aborpro.htm)

Senior year and graduating in California? You are a California resident.
