When I used to live in Virginia, I paid into the Virginia College Trust or whatever it’s called (so technically I have already paid for college in Virginia, but they can transfer the money out). I have since moved to Maryland. My parents are divorced, but my dad still lives in Virginia. Will I still get in-state tuition?

<p>no. i have a friend similar situtation and he qualified for instate. friend lives in tx. and dad works in va. has been working in va for 3 years. but friend and rest of family are planning to move to va next year when he is in college. so i dont know how that accounts</p>
