in-state or out-of-state?

<p>I'm a canadian citizen now living my third year in California.. so will I be charged the in-state tuition fee or am I sitll counted as out-of-state because I'm an international?</p>

<p>you’ll probably be counted instate as long as your address, drivers license, school etc. shows that you live in california. . .</p>
