The total award amount must be at least $1,000. </p>
<p>2.The scholarship was administered and awarded by The University of Texas in an application
process open both to residents and non-residents. </p>
<p>3.The scholarship must be specifically designated to cover the semester for which the tuition
waiver is requested. (If, however, you're submitting an application for the summer, then the scholarship can be designated for either the preceding spring semester or upcoming fall semester.) </p>
<p>4.Student must be registered full-time and majoring in the College of Natural Sciences. </p>
<p>... When applying for these are they very hard to get or is there good chances of earning the in state cost. Has anyone earned this honor of getting the in state tuition?</p>
